The BEST Blackened Salmon with Sautéed Shrimp- MUST TRY TONIGHT!

This is the BEST Blackened Salmon with Sautéed Shrimp! This recipe is quick and easy and loaded with tons of cajun flavor. This pan seared salmon with cauliflower mash is a delicious meal.

Blackening Seasoning
1 tsp each smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, basil, thyme, salt, garlic powder, onion powder

1lb Salmon Filet
1/2 lb shrimp
3/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup parmesan cheese

*Use blackening seasoning to taste. This should be enough seasoning to make 2 lbs of salmon if desired.

1 head of Cauliflower (softened really well)
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp cream cheese (could also use sour cream)
1 tsp dried spring onion (optional)
1/4 cup heavy cream (adjust based on how thick you want the mash to be)
salt and pepper to taste
