A quick and easy recipe hosted by Chef Jean-Pierre that teaches viewers how to make a delicious dish called “Camarones al Ajillo” from a little shimp, lemon juice, butter and wine.
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
3 to 6 shrimp per person depending on the size
2 tablespoons chopped garlic
½ teaspoon your favorite hot sauce
3 tablespoons lemon juice
½ cup white vermouth
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
2 to 3 ounces sweet butter
Salt & Pepper to taste
In a sauté pan, heat the olive oil, when hot add the shrimp and cook about 1 minute on each side. Add garlic, hot sauce. When the garlic is fragrant add lemon juice, vermouth and parsley. Cook for 1 more minutes and turn the heat off.
Add butter and mix well.
Serve on top of freshly baked Garlic and olive oil Crostini.
