1 3/4 lb ( 794 g ) large shrimp (uncooked)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp lemon pepper
1/2 tsp Trader Joe’s Onion Salt blend
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup (60 ml) olive oil
4 to 5 cloves of garlic
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
zest and juice of 1 large lemon
1 cup (236.5 ml) white wine
3/4 cup (177 ml) broth (I used vegetable broth)
3 Tbsp (42.5 g) unsalted butter
salt and pepper to taste
1/3 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
