Easy Stir Fry Shrimp with Asparagus Recipe

This is a quick delicious stir fry dish that is very satisfying and only needs very few ingredients.

12 pieces of jumbo shrimp
2 cups of asparagus (cut into 2 inches long)
2 tablespoon of oyster sauce
1 teaspoon of sugar
2 teaspoon of minced garlic

Add 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil into a heated pan. Once the oil is heated, that will take about 3 minutes with high heat turned on, add two tablespoon of minced garlic. Stir fry the garlic until golden brown and than add the shrimp. Cook the shrimp until they are partial cooked and than add 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce and 1 teaspoon of sugar. Stir fry all of the ingredients together and than add the asparagus and stir fry them for 5 to 10 minutes longer. Now your stir fry is done. It’s quick and easy. It’s best eaten with a bowl of stream rice.
