3 cups (454 g ) cooked day old rice
1 lb (454 g) medium to large shrimp
1/4 tsp white pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic paste
6 oz (170 g) fresh bean sprouts
1/3 cup (76 ml) chicken broth
1 1/2 Tbsp (23 ml) soy sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
2 tsp sesame oil
2 to 3 Tbsp cooking oil for stir fry
salt and pepper to taste
