Today I’m sharing my easy & delicious curry shrimp recipe! A well over-due request, but better late than never!🥴🙌🏾😘 This is my go-to method whenever I’m in the mood for some flavorful curry shrimp with potatoes. It comes out great each and every time.😉 I hope guys give it a try!

♡INGREDIENTS♡
* 1 lb shrimp (medium or jumbo), peeled & deveined
* 5 tbsp curry powder (4 tbsp to season shrimp, 1 tbsp to burn for cooking)
* 1 tsp all purpose seasoning
* 1 tsp seasoned salt
* 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
* pinch of black pepper
* pinch of cayenne pepper
* 3 tbsp oil, corn or canola
* 2 stalks scallion, chopped
* a few sprigs of fresh thyme
* 3 cloves fresh garlic, chopped or minced
* a small piece of scotch bonnet pepper (skip this if you don’t want it spicy)
* 1/2 medium red bell pepper, julienned
* 1/2 medium green bell pepper, julienned
* 2 small potatoes, diced
* 1/2 cup water
