1/2 cup mayo
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp cajun seasoning
1/2 tsp old bay
1 large egg
10 oz can lump crab
1 cup all-purpose flour
3 large eggs
1 cup whole milk
1 cup Zatarain’s seasoned cornmeal
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
Combine the first 7 ingredients listed above. Add bread crumbs accordingly and, combine.
Mold crab mixture and refrigerate for about 10-15 minutes.
Add crab mixture to the shrimp, and place in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Add all-purpose flour to a bowl and set aside.
Combine egg with milk and set aside.
Add bread crumbs, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and cajun seasoning to cornmeal, and combine.
Taking the stuffed shrimp dredge in flour, egg wash, and seasoned cornmeal.
Deep fry the stuffed shrimp in hot oil 350F -370 until golden brown.
Set aside on a cooling rack.
Combine all 3 sauce ingredients
Serve with lemon wedges and Enjoy!!!
